After "Jogador" and “Puto" comes "Cacimbo", the 3rd singe taken from the EP Quotidiano, first solo work by Milton Gulli (Cacique´97, Cool Hipnoise, Philharmonic Weed). Cacimbo, starting from an afro electro beat with some jazzy touches, speaks of those heroes who plunge the city center every day in search of a better life. Maids, night watchmen, street vendors and many others who leave the suburbs and peripheral neighborhoods to return when the work is over, stuck in crowded semi-public transport and in precarious conditions. Cacimbo is a tribute to all these men, women and often children, in their daily struggle for survival.
